  • Exchanges are only accepted within 2 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Sale items or discounted merchandise are not eligible for exchange, unless otherwise stated.
  • Products that are personalized, custom-made, or otherwise non-returnable may not be exchanged.
How to Request an Exchange:

  2. Return Instructions: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange the exchange. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
  3. Processing the Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you and you will pay the delivery charge only for the courier company
Shipping & Handling Costs:
  • For exchanges due to reasons such as defects or shipping errors, CLEAR AE will cover the cost of return shipping and any associated handling fees.
  • For exchanges due to personal preference or other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at [customer service phone number/or Instagram Direct message with a description of the issue and photographs of the product. We will make arrangements to exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
