Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only accepted within 2 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Exclusions:
- Sale items or discounted merchandise are not eligible for exchange, unless otherwise stated.
- Products that are personalized, custom-made, or otherwise non-returnable may not be exchanged.
How to Request an Exchange:
At clear , we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please note that we do not offer a refund service. However, products can be exchanged only in the following cases:
- If the product size is incorrect as the description of the website page.
- If the product arrives in a defective or damaged condition.
Terms:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Clear reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.
- Note: Customers are responsible for delivery charges in cases of incorrect product or size selection.
Shipping & Handling Costs:
- For exchanges due to reasons such as defects or shipping errors, CLEAR AE will cover the cost of return shipping and any associated handling fees.
- For exchanges due to personal preference or other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at [customer service phone number/or Instagram Direct message with a description of the issue and photographs of the product. We will make arrangements to exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
